Robert W. Davis, a graduate of California State College, Northridge, with a B.S. in Accounting is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience. Prior to forming his own company in 1986, he worked with one of the accounting giants, Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Co. (now KPMG Peat Marwick). There, he specialized in auditing. He also worked extensively in private industry as a chief financial officer for mid-sized companies. Continuing to expand his areas of expertise, he became a Certified Valuation Analyst, a profession shared by an elite group of Certified Public Accountants especially qualified to value businesses.
